Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by our Philippine entity and are written to clearly explain engagement scope, responsibilities, and legal boundaries.

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, purchasing, or continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you act on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

Scope of Marketing and Advertising Services

Our services may include digital marketing strategy, advertising support, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, online publicity, and author or book marketing. Exact activities depend on the selected service package or written engagement terms.

Order-Specific Documents Controlling Deliverables

Project-specific documents such as proposals, service orders, email confirmations, and approved work plans define deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement. Where a specific order document conflicts with general website copy, the signed or accepted order-specific terms control for that project.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, required brand assets, and lawful access to relevant platforms. Delays in materials, approvals, or account access may affect timelines and outcomes.

No Guaranteed Results and Third-Party Platform Reliance

Marketing performance can be influenced by market behavior, audience response, competition, and third-party platform policies. We provide professional services and strategic execution but do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, sales levels, approvals, or platform decisions.

Intellectual Property Ownership and Licensing

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Upon full payment for applicable work, the client receives rights to approved final deliverables as defined in the order documents, while we retain rights to internal methods, templates, know-how, and non-client-specific tools.

Payment Terms

Fees, billing schedules, and due dates are set in the relevant proposal, invoice, or service order. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable according to the indicated due date, and continued service may depend on timely payment of outstanding amounts.

Refund and Cancellation Reference

Refund and cancellation handling is governed by our dedicated policy page. Please review the full terms at Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect non-public business, technical, and commercial information shared during the engagement. Confidential information will be used only for service performance and managed with reasonable care.

Privacy and Data-Protection Compliance

We process personal data in line with applicable data-protection requirements and according to our published privacy practices. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

Clients may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activities. We may decline, suspend, or terminate services that present legal, compliance, reputational, or operational risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to direct losses reasonably connected to the specific service engagement and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from market conditions or third-party platform actions.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe outages, regulatory actions, natural events, or other major disruptions. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
